We accept most major insurance providers, NJ AND NY workmans compensation, PIP, NJPLIGA, Medical Legal Liens (LOP).

Dr. Bernstein is Out of Network Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield as well as all other Major Medical Insurances 

Dr. Bernstein is Out of Network with ALL INSURANCE COMPANIES

Dr. Bernstein DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY MEDICAID HEALTH INSURANCE PLANS

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel an appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We kindly ask for this advance notice so that we may offer this appointment to another patient.
